Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Spanish law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without needing to provide any justification.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal?

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement. You can do this in the following ways:

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method we offer), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Return of products

You must return or hand over the goods directly to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before this period has expired.

• You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
• You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts that refer to:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
• Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (such as food products or combat rations with specific consumption dates).
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
